Cypress Studios does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on ceramics purchases at this time. If you have a question about a particular piece prior to purchasing, please reach out to meredith@cypressstudios.com.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, Cypress Studios does not accept custom orders for ceramics.

Shipping?

Cypress Studios ships all ceramic orders via USPS. Extra large pieces might require additional shipping, in which Cypress Studios will reach out out to you prior to shipping.

What is a natural material?

Clay and glazes are natural materials, meaning they come from the earth. Please keep in mind that each piece is hand-made allowing for that one-of-a-kind unique quality that makes it special. It is normal to expect some slight variation in color, shape and size from piece to piece.
